1. Go to Settings
2. Go to mail, contacts, calendar
3. Add Account
4. Select Other
5. Add Mail Account
6. Enter the following details:
   
   1. Name
   2. email address
   3. Password
   4. Description
7. Select Next
8. Incoming Server - This will be given to you
   
   1. Host Name
   2. Username
   3. Password
9. Outgoing Server
   
   1. Host Name
   2. Username
   3. Password
10. Advanced (if required)
    
    1. Authentication is required - select this option
    2. SSL select for encrypted emails
11. Save
